It’s been a while since we shared our story here. The silence, however, hasn’t been idle. It’s been the quiet hum of creation, the gentle rhythm of a workshop alive with purpose. We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and our hearts are full from a journey that began during a truly special time: NAIDOC Week.
That week was more than an event; it was a profound honour. As a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated business, stepping into that space of celebration and community was a moment of deep pride. To see our small-batch creations welcomed with such warmth was overwhelming. Our products found new homes at several events, with favourites like ‘Celestial Muse’ almost selling out completely—a testament to the women who were drawn to its story and spirit.
The energy from that week has rippled outward, bringing a stream of smaller projects and beautiful opportunities to share our work further. It’s a gentle, steady flow that keeps these hands and this heart meaningfully occupied.
And it is here, in the quiet aftermath of that vibrant celebration, that the true essence of our work returns to centre stage: in the sanctuary of my workshop.
This is where the magic is slow and intentional. Here, I craft small, simple pots of nourishing body butter, not for the masses, but for those who still believe in the sacred purity of touch. Each batch is a meditation.
It begins with a heart of raw shea butter, whipped into a cloud-like consistency, and blended with silky sweet almond oil. This union is velvety and rich, designed not just to sit on the skin, but to melt into it, offering deep and lasting nourishment—a base of pure, uncomplicated care.
To this foundation, I add a whisper of Vitamin E, nature’s own gentle guardian, to protect and soothe the skin. Finally, and most thoughtfully, come the soul of each blend: a few drops of certified Organic Essential Oils. Never synthetic fragrances. These are the pure botanical essences, chosen for their subtle aroma and inherent properties, completing a product that honours the body and the earth.
